Will my customers know they're talking to AI?
If they ask, the agent will say so honestly. Most callers don't ask — they just want their problem handled. What happens if the AI doesn't know an answer?
It does what a good receptionist does: collects the caller's information, says you'll call them back, and emails you the details immediately. It never invents prices, makes up policies, or commits to things it shouldn't. We build hard guardrails specifically for your business during setup.
How long does it take to go live?
Seven business days from the day you sign and pay the deposit. Day 1–2 is discovery. Day 3–5 is build and testing. Day 5–6 you review sample calls. Day 7 we go live with a 7-day stabilization period after that.
Do I need a website or CRM?
No. You don't need a website. You don't need a CRM. You don't need any tech you don't already have. You need a phone you want answered and an email address. That's it.
What if it doesn't work for my business?
If we can't get you live within 14 business days because of issues on our end, you get a full refund. After go-live, we have a 7-day stabilization period to fine-tune. After 6 months, you can cancel month-to-month with 30 days' notice.
Can I keep my existing business number?
Yes. You forward your existing number to the new one we provision. Your customers never need to learn a new number. If you ever leave the service, we transfer the new number to your own Twilio account so there's continuity.
